Tip of the Month:
Be sure to include in your Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs a monthly inspection of the components and setup procedure for the tire bead winding systems let-off stands. The improper maintenance and set up of these stands have been directly linked to wire mis-grips and wire pull-outs effecting bead quality and system productivity.
Our TSS Team provides expert technical service and quick response to bring your equipment back to peak production. Our experienced Field Service Engineers are available worldwide for scheduled preventive maintenance as well as emergency breakdown service.
Our TSS Team provides operation and maintenance training services designed to share our skills and improve efficiencies in machine set-up, change-over, preventive maintenance, diagnostic techniques and repairs. Training may consist of both, classroom and hands-on sessions at your facility, or at Bartell’s dedicated Training Center in Rome, New York.
