Local Company Bartell Machinery System Continues to Support Growth with Promotions

Rome, N.Y.  – Bartell Machinery Systems, based in Rome, New York, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey DiOrio has been promoted to the level of Vice President of Finance.  Jeffrey joined Bartell Machinery Systems and its leadership team in 2013 as controller, reporting directly to Bartell’s president Pat Morocco.  With this promotion, Jeffrey will maintain his current responsibilities while expanding his role to encompass more direct contract level assignments.   Additionally, he will assist some of Bartell’s sister companies on best practices with Controller level business tasking.

Jeffrey has more than 15 years of experience in Business Accounting and Finance; holding both a BS in Accounting and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.  Most recently, Jeffrey was a Divisional Controller for ESCO Turbine Technologies in Chittenango, NY where he also held positions as Controller and Senior Financial Analyst.  Previous to that, he spent five years working in management level positions with United Technologies and Ernst & Young.

Jeffrey resides in Syracuse, NY with his wife Christine and their daughters Grace and Gabriella.
