Pamela oversees HR responsibilities for Bartell Machinery Systems and Field Controls, both organizations are part of The HEICO Companies LLC. Pamela joined Bartell’s leadership team in 2013 as the Human Resource Manager. Pamela provides HR leadership in the management of regulations and employee needs while additionally overseeing HR staff functions.
Pamela has over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Previously, she held a variety of human resources management roles and training responsibilities with Assured Information Security, Inc. , Goodrich Corporation (United Technologies), Madison-Oneida BOCES, and Nelson Associates Architectural/Engineering.
