Shawn Lawlor

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Shawn was named Vice President of Sales & Marketing in January of 2020. In Shawn’s new role, he will lead the overall sales and marketing initiatives for Bartell, collaborating with sales teams and other departments to drive aggressive growth and profitability for the company. Shawn will also direct market research and product management strategies that will ensure the success of new product introductions within existing and adjacent markets.

In January 2018 Shawn was elevated from his previous role as Manager of Sales and Marketing for the Wire and Cable business unit to the new role of Director of Marketing and New Business Development; becoming a member of the Bartell leadership team. In this role, he is responsible for leading Bartell’s strategic branding, marketing and communications efforts with a focus on growing brand equity while maximizing the effectiveness and influence of customer, partner, and employee touch points. His role also includes efforts to expand customer relationships and foster opportunities in additional markets.

Shawn has accumulated more than 12 years of experience in various Sales and Marketing disciplines and holds a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Marist College, and a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Prior to joining Bartell, Shawn held other sales and marketing management positions with UTC Aerospace Systems (A United Technologies Company) and Fiber Instrument Sales Inc.

In his off hours, Shawn enjoys getting his hands dirty with various home improvements, engaging in various outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
