Mr. Morocco took the helm of Bartell Machinery Systems in April 2013. As President he is responsible for the overall safety and welfare of all Bartell employees, and for creating, communicating, and implementing the vision, mission, and overall strategic direction of the company. Pat heads up a strong leadership team whose role is to manage and lead others within the organization as well as execute the critical strategic and tactical objectives to ensure sustained growth and profitability for the company. Pat also focuses heavily on creating a positive work environment that promotes innovation, employee growth, leadership development, and career advancement opportunities.
Pat has over thirty-years of executive management experience, both domestic and international, in the electrical power generation, sales and distribution, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Bartell, Pat was the Vice President of Operations of ECR International.
Before pursuing his civilian career, Pat served seven years in the United States Navy as an Engineering Officer, holding responsibilities as the Main Propulsion Officer onboard USS Antietam (CG-54), and Director of the Navy’s Gas Turbine Engineering School. Pat received a BS degree from the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis) in 1986, and his MBA from National University San Diego in 1992.
Pat’s been married 30-years to his college sweetheart, also a Naval Academy Graduate. Together they have four children (one boy, three girls). Pat enjoys boating, camping, hiking, and traveling with his family.
